Equipment will be repaired or exchanged and returned to the agency within 30 days of shipment.
For mail-ins:
A return authorization number (RMA) from the factory must be obtained before returning any material for repair. Once you receive the RMA, on a piece of paper to be placed inside the box, please write:
- RMA# XXXX
- A detailed description of the problems or required retrofit
- The return address for shipping the repair back
- The billing address (for non-warranty)
- Put a packing list detailing the contents on the outside of the box
- Write clearly “COUNTRY OF ORIGIN IS CANADA” and “RMA# XXXX” on the outside of the box
Note: To avoid shipping damage when returning sub-racks with modules installed, please make sure that all spaces are filled. Either use blank panels to fill any empty spaces, or remove all modules and package modules and sub-racks separately.

Extended Warranty/Maintenance Contracts/Onsite Warranty:
An extended warranty is available for an additional charge of 10% of the net unit price per addition year of coverage required.
