How much will all these features cost?
The basic UM mailbox will cost $3.50 per mailbox per month for a 30 message mailbox. This is significantly less than the current GTA price of 10 msg – $4.50, 20 msg - $6.50 and 30 msg - $9.00.
What optional features are available on the UM system?
The following features are available for an additional charge:
- Conferencing - $0.019 per minute/per person
- Virtual Calling Card - $0.049 per minute
- Auto Attendant - $105.00 per port per month
How will agencies be billed?
The agencies will be billed as they are today. Customers will receive charges for their new UM voicemail box on the GTA telecommunications bill.
What is the cost for GTA to manage an agency’s voice mail system?
There is no set monthly charge; the charge is $46.50/hour, billed in 15 min. increments.
