Equine Auction Notice
Pursuant to Section 4-13-7 of the Official Code of
Annotated (Humane Care for Equines Act), the
of Agriculture will conduct a live auction on the following equine

7 year old bay and white Paint mare
15 year old black and white Spotted Saddle Horse mare
6 year old dun and white Paint gelding
13 year old black Tennessee Walking Horse gelding
12 year old black Tennessee Walking Horse mare
6 year old sorrel Quarter Horse mare
11 year old sorrel and white Paint mare
4 1/2 year old buckskin and white Paint mare

The auction will be held at the Georgia Department of Agriculture Mansfield Impound Facility in
No representation is made regarding any registration or possible registration of said equine nor of the physical condition of said equine. Any documentation in possession of the Department of Agriculture regarding registration, physical condition or past veterinary treatment of said equine is available upon request; however, not withstanding the availability of such documentation, or lack thereof, or verbal information given to the Department, said sale is for the equine on an "as is" basis without any representation regarding registration, physical condition or acceptable use of the animal. The successful bidder must be prepared to tender the price by cashiers check or money order and move the animal from the impoundment facility by 6 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2007. Payment may be made at the time the animal is picked up.
