Duties & Responsibilities
THIS POSITION IS OPEN UNTIL FILLED. Attorneys in the Civil Rights Section defend state officers and employees in federal court actions alleging civil rights violations, primarily under the First, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. THIS POSITION WILL WORK AN AVERAGE OF 20 HOURS A WEEK.Minimum Training & Experience
Member of the Georgia Bar AND graduation from an accredited law school. Preference will be given to those applicants with litigation experience as well as extensive research and writing experience.
