The Office of Human Resource Management and Development plans, manages and implements comprehensive personnel services to meet the needs of DHR and its customers, as well as provideing DHR Employees with a variety of on-going training programs, special request programs, conference planning, audio-visual services, web-based training, and organizational development services from assessment and diagnosis to specific interventions.
The IMPACT Continuum of Service directs how foster and adoptive parent inquires are managed and tracked and also represents the Division of Family and Children Services' newly developed pre-service training.

I Hear You is a web site that serves as a listening post to gather information, ideas, suggestions from all DHR staff. Your input is sought to assist in running the department and meeting the health and human service needs of Georgia's citizens.

Diversity consist of the differences in people that have been historically, or currently, viewed as bases for differences in the manner in which people are treated, both in and outside the workforce. The DHR Diversity Plan puts forth the Departments philosophy, values and implementation strategy to prepare our employees to work with people they perceive to be different.
