Dell to provide $25,000 in restitution to Georgians


On April 14th, this Office entered into a settlement with Dell, Inc. and its subsidiary, Dell Financial Services, LLC.  Dell agreed to modify practices with respect to certain rebates, service warranties, and advertisements associated with financing promotions.  Dell will also pay restitution to consumers who suffered out-of-pocket monetary losses directly attributable to those business practices.  For information about eligibility and how to file a claim, click More ...
